[keps] Update #2 for AMSAT-NA TLE Distribution for 1-13-2018

From: "[RADIOCOMM LIST]" <list.admin@aus-city.com>
Date: January 13th 2018

Per Bill Tynan, W3XO, Fox-1D is now designated as AO-92 Remember AO-92 is not ready for general use at this time Please do not transmit until commissioning (two weeks) is complete

Per Nico Janssen, PA0DLO, it looks like the AO-92 and PICSAT TLEs have not yet made it into Space-Track TLE list as yet Which means OBJECTS A -F, and T, U do NOT include AO-92 and PICSAT Compared to the 99934 TLEs AO-92 is 38 seconds late and PICSAT is 19 seconds early Nico also notes that the 3U CubeSats are going to be easier to detect than the AO-92 1U CubeSat

More waiting I will drop the non-amateur radio CubeSats as they are identified

OBJECT A - NORAD CAT ID 43111 is CartoSat OBJECT B - NORAD CAT ID 43112 ? OBJECT C - NORAD CAT ID 43113 ? OBJECT D - NORAD CAT ID 43114 ? OBJECT E - NORAD CAT ID 43115 ? OBJECT F - NORAD CAT ID 43116 ? OBJECT T - NORAD CAT ID 43128 is Microsat-TD OBJECT U - NORAD CAT ID 43129 is the fourth PSLV stage

From previous comments:

Space-Track has listed the objects from the 1-12-2018 0358 GMT India PSLV-C40 launch This includes Fox-1D as a yet unidentified object So now we begin the identification phase of determining which object is actually Fox-1D

The new objects are as follows: OBJECT A - NORAD CAT ID 43111 OBJECT B - NORAD CAT ID 43112 OBJECT C - NORAD CAT ID 43113 OBJECT D - NORAD CAT ID 43114 OBJECT E - NORAD CAT ID 43115 OBJECT F - NORAD CAT ID 43116 OBJECT T - NORAD CAT ID 43128 OBJECT U - NORAD CAT ID 43129

Our existing POST-Launch TLEs for Fox-1D ID (99934) are still included as the last TLE set

I will continue include 99934 until we are reasonably sure that we have identified Fox-1D at which time I will change the name to Fox-1D or AO-92 as appropriate The purpose here is to reduce the confusion caused by name changes on the various tracking programs in use
