After receiving an abusive phone call from the case worker, she threatened me on the phone and much more, i lost my temper and told her i was recording this and she is going down for what she said. We ended up in tatters, and she phoned me four times before court.

Got to court and there was a lawyer waiting for the three children, they expressed their issues, then i spoke to my lawyer, didnt feel too good about it all. Three children were outside waiting whilst i was in the office, and when i went out and who was their talking to them the case worker. I got them to come inside quick smart.

Court time, went in, and sat behind the kids, My lawyer and the Childrens lawyer was very good...
The case worker didnt look happy at all, not only were they unorganised but had nothing to warrant the removal of my daughter. The investigation is still proceeding but without them taking my daughter..... So in essence we won this one ...

Now for the next stage.........

But, Baby: the look you saw on her face as you walked out with V. That look is going to get way worse, when I walk out smiling.

thats going to be two,,two, weee, two states thats where they have to pay.

But townsville is my main target, and those hags in there. then toowoomba, going to love toowoomba, 20minutes and these %$#@%$@#%$@#%$@#% stole my son. place that knife in my heart and Just Pushed.

I may never get my son, But I am going to enjoy,Oh! so much the suffering they will be getting.

Congrats WantsJustice: You deserve this. now go cuddle V and S&B and even T. and tell them from me. to be very proud of their mom!!!!

Hi
I have been secretly dying inside because of what they are trying to do to me and DocSniper, but yes, it was such a boost to see her face shaking her head when the judge was saying no way to this and that, i am still under investigation, but i feel we did have a great win today when i walked out with my four children, but most of all i was so proud of them all, they walked with their heads held high, and they were the ones that said my mum is the best, and we want to stay with her....

Now you can breathe a bit easier.

hey wantsjustice...what great news...it made me cry and helped me break down over crap issues I'm again going through all due to more deliberate lies of course...

I'm pleased to know this and was wondering how come your children were allowed near the court room? A No no here in Qld so having the kids just outside the court room could've possibly put the CSO off from lying any further as she might have done if the kids were no where near the scene...

Your 12 year old is defintely old enough to have an opinion and understanding about her care and whether she feels unsafe - and HELLO! SHE IS FEELING VERY VERY SAFE!

Good on you wantsjustice, now play the Dept's antics of recording everything on paper and if need be tape recorder no matter what! Always have a support person and witness to your meetings with them and request notes of every issue the Dept feel they have during the investigation asking for this in writing...it's full proof believe me...

What was your lawyers advise?

Yes it is fantastic, I am still under investigation, but im not to concerned about that, as I have done nothing wrong, and she does know im recording every conversation we have. We got in an heated argument before court where she told me QUOTE - It is your fault your ex abused the children, I therefore called her a bitch for saying that and told her she was going down for what she said, as I have this conversation recorded. I have 4 children and three were advised to come in with me. They were appointed a lovely lawyer straight away, he was fantastic too might i add, My eldest daughter, who was not required, they made a fuss about her being in court, but i said yes she is, and they let her.

It may have had something to do with their age, that they were told to come in, or could be South Australia's way. I was under the impression if they were to take my youngest 12, that they were taking her straight after the hearing, but that didnt happen.

I was a bit funny at first about my lawyer, as she was going to ask for an adjournment for 7 days, meaning I would have lost my daughter for the seven days. But the childrens lawyer said no they want to be with me. My lawyer was great too in court, and all i could do was watch the DOCS worker shake her body with anger and shake her head.... SWEET JUSTICE.... But its not over yet either as I still have 42 days of investigation, they also want me to see a psychiatrist, which i will do without any problems.

I have recorded every conversation with the Docs worker, I know that it wont hold in court, I have typed my recordings out too, so I have it written if needed too, and I have on a few occasions told the doc worker that she has told me something different in the past, the opposite to what she is saying, as she knows im recording everything.

I am also during this investigation requesting legally for another case worker, as she is a total bitch, and everyone professional I have dealt with has told me this too. Said I was unlucky and have a bad nut there.
My family has close contact with a Detective in the Child Protection Unit, and she has even warned me about her. Hopefully if she puts too many false reports in, she may lose her job.....My wish at the end of the day...
