Orbital Sciences Corp. said it has formed an anomaly investigation board, which will work in close coordination with all appropriate government agencies, to determine the cause of yesterday's explosion of an Antares rocket shortly after lift-off. Twenty-four hours after the incident, there's still little details as to what went wrong.
