Pink Plus Missing on PAS8 - AUS-CITY Message Forums

Ok, Pink Plus is missing on PAS8 (and for that mater on Optus B3 as they are obviously taking it from PAS8). Satfreak, who in their right mind is screwing around with this shit so close to new years eve? Does someone there at TV+ really have a death wish? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> I recommend you get them to fix this ASAP if you ever want anybody to connect to their service at all!!! The fact they want UBI not to have it needed to be dealt with sooner. Trust me, TV+ will loose! Vlad TV+ are very very Sorry about this interuption.. The cause wasnt TV+ or Panamsat the Issue was with PINK Directly. TV+ says sorry Again to all Customers.. I a former TARBS Balkan customer want to know how UBI can justify selling a Balkan package when PINK, BN, & BK have all officially anounced that the company for Exclusive Distribution is TV+. Is there something unclear about the words "..ekskluzivni distributer..." on PINKs & BN's www site??? The ongoing actions by UBI clearly show that UBI are engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct or conduct likely to deceive. (selling a service they have no rights to) & That UBI are receiving financial advantage by deception. (deceiving customers to pay for a service UBI have no rights to) Can you even respond to these allegations... I look forward to your response..

Back to the topic. UBI will have no choice but to remove all of it's balkan channels once TV+ begins encryption. Sometime next month? Until then UBI is offering "free advertising" for TV+.

Guys Please back to the topic Issue here is UBI are signing customers to a 6 month contract for Balkan services for Channels they dont have/never had legal rights to sell. Customers will cry foul at Consumer Affairs in January when TV+ finally exercise all their rights.. Liski what is actually being said over there in UBI.. there must be some disharmony with all the facts out there you cant tell me you believe management with what is being said here and the proof on the content providers web sites and the constant ticker bars on the content providers broadcasts that TV+ is the company... How come no where can you see UBI is the exclusive provider.. or even the provider... Seriously when will UBI stop stealing customers money cause all the UBI management should be held responsible for misleading and deceptice conduct for every UBI application that goes out to customers with the "Balkan" package on it.. and UBI should be held accountable to TV+ and the Content Provider for licence fees and loss of revenue due to UBI's dishonest actions. I challenge any UBI rep not just Liski but someone senior in Management so come on here and answer UBI customers demands.. otherwise in the new year I will be off to Consumer Affairs demanding a investigation into how a company can sell a service and force customers to signup to a 6mth term for something UBI has no rights to sell.. Come on where is the UBI Management responsible for stealing Balkans money as well as the Spanish customers for TVC....
