WARNING!!!! to WMI (MYSAT) Customers - AUS-CITY Message Forums

Hi, I got a call from WMI (MYSAT) 2 weeks ago and he was saying that I need to pay for an extra 6 months of viewing MYSAT channels when in fact I had only subscribed for only 3 months only. When I initially wanted to unsubscribe to MYSAT I called them up and told them, and they said OK, so I sent the smart-card (Mind you they still owe me $50 for the card- but they can keep that I don't want it)and I thought that was it. Well that was not the case. So when this guy called he said I owed them 2 payments (I think about $400) and when I refused and told him that I would not be paying he told me that they are going to take legal action and call in the lawyers (How unproffessional). Not only that the guy actually started yelling at me too.---so I got mad yelled back and just shut the phone. So be CAREFUL don't pay them anything if they do the same. I think they are scamming people cause it looks like they are in financial difficulty and are in alot of trouble! Anyway this is my experience and that is exactly what happened to me so just warning others of possible scams like this one by MYSAT.

How Unproffesional stuffem you told them you cancelled so its there problem that there office staff didt update there records And threatning legal action is a desperate sign of how there goin and want to suck any cent they can out of anyone very unproffesional Are they running a Buisness or Circus Seems like a Circus to me with those Clowns on the phone <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> Take it up with Department of Fair Trading if they throw some more threats at you that should wake them up abit and learn how to speak to ppl bunch of twits!!!

My friend at work has the russian channels and he has also been complaining and he wanted out of the contract but they say no.

Just so everyone knows MySat ( World Media International ) On PAS8 Arabic Channels My TV Plus Russian Channels on NSS6 Horizons World Plus TV Russian Channels on PAS8 TV Plus Serbian Channels on PAS8 Selectv Spanish Channels on PAS8

Its all very confusing who is who.

My TV Plus Russian Channels on NSS6? Most cant even get them because of the low look angle.

My TV Plus ( NSS6) and TV plus (Pas 8) are related.

I believe they were going to be but they decided not to merge so TV Plus took Channel One Russia away from them and gave it to Horizon World Plus TV - this is from what I've heard!

Typical!, Kissed there arse then stuck it up there arse. If they do that to there friends well you can just expect what they would lower themselves to do to there enemies.
