Paul Marlow - shodan & David Cottle - shodan

Here both swordsmen learn to read the other body-language, how to prepare for an encounter, how to tune into each other's rhythm and follow each other's swing-line, to cut in synchronization and to finish strongly as one unit.

In a real situation a swordsman would try to be dominant over the other by dictating rhythm, speed and the eventual outcome of that encounter. Or, he could fall in with the other, to suddenly break the rhythm, and win the encounter.
