In the first scene of “La La Land,” a diverse group of Los Angeles residents break out into an upbeat song and dance number in the middle of a traffic jam on the freeway. The scene is all sunshine and exuberance.

But a new comedy video offers a very different perspective on that opening number. In this “Another Day of Sun” parody, a pregnant woman in labor sits in the backseat of her car as her partner tries to get them to the hospital as fast as he can. 

Watch as their efforts get derailed by the spontaneous musical break.
