From all my months of research of google surfing, I've found that Alisa has 1 of 3 websites that post real picture of wee mystical beings. So either them wee folks are just camera shy or folks that have pictures of them are afraid to post because of the 'skeptics'.... (mmmm... that sounds right...)
Of course another reason maybe the fae themselves... They may keep the mass media from seeing too much of them for fear of humans tromping down their homing grounds. Could it be?

I have Alisa's link and the other 2 posted on a new web site that I built recently, "Pixiegrins Wee Creatures". You are welcome to visit it and tell me what you think. There is a link on the home page to my 'curious stuff' site. Last night, I posted a new cloud picture that is fabulous. The picture is too big to post here. I do hope you'll take a peek at it. I call it 'cloud fish'.

I hope it's okay that I put my url in this post.

Please tell me what you think, I appreciate your thoughts, opinions or suggestions.

Wishing you a wonderful week!

Hi Dawn,I have just taken a look at your site, you have some interesting photos, which I see things in.
I too have searched and did not find much photographic evidence at all on the net.
In my experience it probably is both reasons you give, for this situation.
In light of this, I have decided to have my own site which will be called Faeriewonders.net. It should be up and running in the next few weeks and will contain mainly photographic evidence of nature spirits in all elements. Plus anomalies.
Alisa will be added to my links and I would be happy to add you to my also.

WOW Dawn! ahha Great site! I enjoyed it very much. I especially loved the illustrations and story of the little green man. grin Beautiful.

I also enjoyed all of your photos (birds, fairy lights, cloud and shadow spirits, etc.)! The spider creature was intriguing. blink And the sea moster photo is loaded with spirit images. I do think there was a serpent spirit there despite our slightly different angles on it. I hope it's okay for me to use your photo to illustrate (in green) what I see here.

[Linked Image]

I feel both of us seeing a serpent image is really legitimate because often when I show others my raw uninterpreted photos, they see something similar to what I see, but yet slightly different or from another angle. It is the proverbial 3 blind men describing the elephant. It is an elephant, but each sees their own view.

I also notice little transparent-like lines and wavy bits that I consider spirit blur. Often photos that open up the spirit world more fully have some type of blurring. I have no doubt Chris will see the many little people in this photo (I see a few).

I believe that the intention of the photographer to capture the spirit world opens the possibility for photographing it (like a fairy door wink ). Photographers with absolutely no intention of capturing the spirit world will generally capture what Chris and I have termed "sterile" photos where we can find no trace of spirit.

Anyway, excellent site. I am happy you shared it here. Thanks for the link, too! I am sure the spirits and your little green friend honour you for providing others with a glimpse into their world.

Thank you Chriss and Alisa. You guys are so sweet to visit my websites and give me such positive feedback on them.

I started both of them just as a place to keep track of helpful links and my curious stuff pictures. It's easier for me to keep track of my favorites.

Chriss, I welcome any thoughts that you'd like to share with me. I'm a bit short-sited for the most part and don't always see what's before me... like the snake eye

Alisa, Oh my gosh, Thank you so much for your thoughts on my photo. I am tickled pink about it. I really appreciate your seeing past the obvious and being able to see deeper into the picture. I didn't even notice that lines, snake eye or little guy. This is sooo interesting! (On that day, I felt like a snake was close and I wouldn't go into the woods too far...)

Alisa, I would like to post your analyst & illustration on my sea monster web page for my visitors to enjoy and learn from.. I'll gladly post a link to your 'Metaphysical Awakening Web Site' and give you full acknowledgement.

I apologize, I got long winded. I just think mystical subjects are fascinating...

~~~I wish I didn't have typos, then I wouldn't have to edited so much...~~~~
Wow, Dawn, the serpent page looks great. yes Thanks for giving me so much credit. blush
Actually there are so many images in that photo that I have a hard time letting go of it. Everytime I have another look I see something else! You were really in the zone there that day I'd say!
