http://www.c21media.net/news/detail.asp?area=1&article=24536 <br /><br />Asian novela channel for Telefe<br /><br />Telefe International is launching a channel in Malaysia entirely comprising Argentine programming, after agreeing a distribution deal with the country's MiTV Corp.<br /><br />The new station, titled Telefe International Telenovelas Channel, will join the line-up of MiTV's soon-to-launch IPTV platform, which is due to go live sometime during the second half of the year.<br /><br />Telefe's contribution of Argentine telenovelas and feature films comes in addition to broad range of international partners for the platform, which already includes Korean and Chinese channels and Sony's MGM Channel.<br /><br />MiTV intends to offer a selection of some 50 channels, with full video-on-demand functionality.
