Yes it will be good to see what they have to offer.
I would't mind watching BBC & Discovery on UBI
you all could be lucky next year
Hi,

Someone mentioned that UBI and PBS are located in the same building, is that so?????. What chances are we won't be left with the tarbs boxes if PBS decides to suddenly close.

SK.
well you don't have to worry about that if you don't subscribe, but if you do its like everything else You just hope it all goes ok.
You can always go with option of paying monthly..
heres the site they will be only selling subscriptions to fiji

Hi,

Sky pacific will be offering CNN, E, discovery channel, as advertised uptil now on their FTA channel. But they still have't finalised their sat up/down links. Just have to wait and see who has the best deals. Thats the good thing about competion I guess..

SK.
Sky Pacific are going C-Band which should be ok for us in Aust, but means a 1.2 metre minimum diameter antenna for the Fijians. Imagine the wind loading that would put on those grass huts during a hurricane......
