Why Don't TV Plus listen - AUS-CITY Message Forums

One of my customers that has a legal service of TV plus has complained to them about the poor quality of TV Plus, Reply? Your sure its not your Television sir? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> They have to be joking.

that means they have no plans in rectifying the problem seems to be they think its fine to watch that crappy picture and for ppl to pay that money for poor quality???

Of course it's fine, why should they change anything? People were complaining to Telstra for years and nothing happened since there was no other choice. There's nothing wrong with TV+, I'd do the same, it's simply business nothing personal. They outsmarted UBI and now let them enjoy while it lasts. And for people complaining, well they only have UBI to blame, UBI that crumbled on the first sign of competition hence there's no competition. Now watch for other companies following the TV+ steps as it's obvious UBI is not much of a competition.

Hahaha... Even their (TV+'s) test channels are all stuffed. Go through them and half of 'em are PAL, other half NTSC. Some too loud, some (most) not loud enough! Even their test patterns claim 4Mbit/sec!!! Its their problem let them deal with it. Most of my Free to air channels are 500% better quality than Pink on Pas 8. Look at the Tas mux where Videoland is on Pas 8 C- Band, look at some of the Taiwanese channels PERFECT!!!!. But what bothers me is the member Dishsat complained and Satfreak never bothered to answer his reply about this matter.I wonder how long before there is a revolt over this Washing Machine looking Pink Plus and the Others.

Well it looks like more crap quality channels, will be arriving on the tvplus platform. According to "TV PLUS" on another forum, "Pink +,Pink X,BN,BK,MK,OBN,BHT,HRT,RTCG,NOVA,RTS Ovo su ti kanali koji ce biti kod nas. there is also HRT 1,2 and 3 which are pay channels most parts of the world picture of crotia is the one thats usually the FTA one most of the time <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/default/wink.gif" />

No not for me mate I have too many hobbies and personally i don't give a shit what TV plus does. like I said above ITS THERE PROBLEM

Like the poor quality of the pictures, since you are the moderator of this forum and since you represent TV plus how about answering some of these questions because I'm sick of answering the same thing.

Like, scrolling message all over Pink... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/default/frown.gif" /> Like, picture quality... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/default/shocked.gif" /> Like, sound latency (especially on BK TV) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/default/confused.gif" /> Like, problems with Tv+ receivers... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> Like, overcharging the accounts... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/default/frown.gif" /> Like, boxes without card (or problem with the card) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/default/tongue.gif" /> Like, no technical support... (busy line or waiting on hold for hours) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> Like... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/default/rolleyes.gif" /> ... .. .
