Hourly along with the all the TLEs and group sets, every 15 minutes past the hour, 4 new GPS files are generated:

GPS_SEM.TXT - Current SEM Almanac
GPS_ANTI_SPOOF.TXT - Current Anti-Spoof Status
GPS_NANU.TXT - Current NANU
GPS_ADVISORY.TXT - Current Ops Advisories

TLE groups are generated each hour at the top of the hour. ISS orbital data is generated at 15 minutes past the hour, every hour, along with the new GPS data.
