Just Purchased my First Home <br /><br />Now with many years installing home Automation to my customers i can start installing it i our own home <br /><br />It’s not a really big home but its going to have big features which will properly be standard in 10 years <br /><br />will keep you all posted<br /><br />but the plans are at present <br /><br />Full lighting controls clipsal CBUS <br />All rooms to have a least two data points (could go wireless but only for the security im not) and two Phones points<br />Reticulated Video from the home Theater and door and Yard Cameras <br />Computer controlled irrigation <br />Piped music from radio and my WMA/Mpeg music server PC (will store all my DVDS when I can work out a way to store 200 and growing of them cheap and easy) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/default/confused.gif" /> <br />Fully automated air-conditioning ie each room has a the air supply variable in relation to room tempreture with Fresh air supply and occupancy purge <br />All controlled and Scheduled by Clipsal Home Minder with Graphical User Pc Head end Interface <br />All functions of the system to be controlled remote by Phone <br />Keyless entry <br />Integrated Smoke alarms to system<br />Beer Keg system to bar <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/default/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/default/grin.gif" />
