It does breach their code of ethics... Not that they religiously abide by it anyway.

Their base line is that a child needs to be placed with a family and any family will do.

Sacrifice of indigenous or ethnic ways is collateral damage.

The end result is DoCS spending more tax payer's money to locate a resource to bring on board to help support the white family in the care of an indigenous or ethnic child... IF they can find one or even bother to try.

DoCS workers are all Bob the Builders. Except that they are ignorant to the fact that a lot of things are normal and don't need to be fixed.
