Today I received by email.
I refer to your email of 7 August 2008 to the Honourable Anna Bligh MP, Premier of Queensland, concerning your involvement with the Department of Child Safety.
I also refer to your email of 25 April 2008 to the Honourable Brendan Nelson MP, the then Leader of the Federal Opposition, in which you raised similar concerns.
As the issues raised in both pieces of correspondence fall within the portfolio responsibilities of the Honourable Margaret Keech MP, Minister for Child Safety and Minister for Women, your emails were forwarded to this office for direct reply.
Minister Keech has noted your concerns and requested I reply to your correspondence on her behalf.
Following the receipt of your correspondence, information was requested from the relevant departmental officers in response to your issues and copies of your emails were also forwarded to those officers for consideration and advice.
In relation to your concern about a substantiated outcome for sexual harm in 2002 while you were incarcerated, please note that child protection concerns are investigated and assessed irrespective of the timeframes surrounding the actual harm, as is the case in the circumstances you outlined.
While I acknowledge your issues regarding the involvement of the Department of Child Safety in your family life, I trust you can appreciate that in line with their obligations under the Child Safety Act 1999, departmental officers seek advice and assurance from a range of professional sources in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children who come to the attention of the Department. These officers must be satisfied that those children are not at risk of harm and those who care for them are able to provide for their physical, social and emotional needs.
Further, the Department bases assessment decisions on actual harm, or risk of harm, rather than relying on evidence-based proof when recording a substantiated outcome. As such, the Department and the police service have differing statutory obligations and responsibilities in relation to child protection. The Department is responsible for the safety and care of children, while the role of the police is to investigate alleged criminal offences, while also ensuring the wellbeing of children.

However, if you remain dissatisfied with this response, I suggest you contact your local child safety service centre for a complaints officer in your child safety zonal office or the Department’s Complaints, Case Review and Investigation Branch, listed below.

Please find attached my response.
In all, your department has done nothing to rectify this issue,but only to buck pass me from one end of the scale to the other end.
The places you have referred me to, are just like your department, you don't want to hear nor help in a professional manner.
Yes!!, My past life is not colorful, But, the adding of files to me to enhance this pedo status is Corruption and abuse of the said law.
Yet, The department of child safety criminal history goes back 200 yrs, The Forde Inquiry has already pointed that out.
Didn't Mr Rudd Quoted in saying."No one is above the law?." didn't he also Quote, Sorry to the stolen generation, this will never happen again..?. yet, the department of child safety has broken the law, and have stolen children.
Again, I state, I have never been Questioned by any law concerning these False claims by your department.
I am not on any sexual registers, I have never been charged with any type of pedophilia
Your department refuses to talk with my eldest son(aged 22) hes, the one your department says I molested and abused, since he was a boy. why then has he been refused and rejected when he makes the attempts to be interviewed?, with your dept and police...why is he turned away.?.
Your department then States that I have Child porno on my computer when they DOCS and police came to my home and raided it in 2003.
1: I have witnesses and proof of where I was and how i was living.
2: We both know, that if anyone has any type of child porno, on their computer. They are interviewed/Charged/Court and then prison. Why?, then was I not interviewed and Charged.
3: According to the Department, They State that I have been molesting children since 1977, Why then was I not questioned at the age of 16?.
4: In 1986 my son is born, Where was your department to rip away my son and to remove the said partner?.
5: In 1997, my other son was born and dies 7 weeks later. where was your department then??.maybe my son would still be alive if your department interfered as you do now by Branding me..
You then want me to correspond with Ms Chay Hicks. when I know already I have been pre judged and found GUILTY. just as you have found me.
With only the written words that only you and your department has of me,No Facts, Just words. have abused the law.
If I am to be in the same boat as Dennis Ferguson, Why then Have I not received the same ?.
Instead I get my ribs broken,my head placed into a cement pillar, I get strangers coming to my home to supply me with Death Threats,I cant even walk to the local shop or I get strangers stating they are going to kill me. the police do nothing when reported, You do nothing only to back the corruption within your department and to buck pass me.
I know I have done nothing wrong to warrant this abuse to myself, to the partners I once had and also to my children. I was abused by your system as a child, I am being abused by your system now and Now! your dept are abusing my children.
We live in the 21st century,where technology can be used to extract the truth. This is what I desire The truth, The justice.

The Mother also stands with me, and due to this, she is abused by docs, she is Told, she is a unfit mother, she is told she is stupid, she is told she cannot have a man live in the same house as her with the children until her youngest turns 18.
NO 93a was never used, But, you use family act 10a to steal my children and to remove the said partner, Words, Just words, that you have written down of me, that you all use to pre judge me and crucify me with.
If you really did investigate this issue. you would be questioning myself, my eldest son, the people that are the witnesses to my life. even the X partners. you could be questioning, the Said partner and her children.
Is my life that important to your department to murder it without truly investigating the TRUTH.
