This is a convoluted story, but I promise it has a point! This morning I went to the local shopping centre leaving my husband at home in charge of my 7-year-old son. As I was walking along I passed a tall thin man whom I quickly recognized as one of the men from the children’s singing group “The Wiggles”. I tucked the idea away in my mind as a cool incident to tell later when I got home. When I got home from shopping, our family friend was over to pick my son up for an afternoon excursion. I was very busy bringing in groceries and trying to get lunch on the table before they left. After we ate and my son and friend had gone, I noticed the container where we keep the house keys was on the kitchen table and empty. I could see my son had been playing with the container while I was gone and had removed the keys. It would do no good to call my son, because with his language difficulties, he would not be able to understand or tell us what we wanted to know. I hoped he hadn’t thrown them in the bin, though I doubted he would do something like that. My husband and I searched for the keys while I intermittently cleaned up and put groceries away. I had a song chorus by The Wiggles that was repeating in my head (which is always a treat ) about colours that went, “blue, badabupa, and red,...and purple, and yellow, too.” I wondered why I was “hearing” this and realized it must be because I saw the Wiggles singer earlier, which I forgot to share. Songs are forever giving me important messages and clues, so this triggered me to realize that I should use my intuitive abilities to find the keys! I let my mind clear and allowed my thoughts to be tugged toward the direction the keys were in. I felt pulled to the kitchen table. But we had scoured that whole area and the keys were just not there. I cleared my mind again, and again it tugged toward the kitchen table. The song of colours just kept playing as well. Instead of dismissing any of this, I put trust in my own intuition and I accepted that the keys must somehow be connected to the kitchen table. I also realized that the Wiggles song must be a clue (one that was given before I had even asked). By accepting these clues as legitimate, they quickly began to form into a picture in my mind in which I “saw” my son’s tote bag. It is the most colourful bag ever, bright blue with large red, yellow, purple and green characters on it! It had been sitting on the table before my son left and took it with him. Intuition and logic fit together so neatly that I knew without doubt that he had put the keys in his bag as it sat upon the kitchen table. We promptly called our friend who searched the bag, and indeed the keys were there!

First of all I had to find out who were the Wiggles exactly( I am not in Oz).After satisfying my curiosity about them, I continued to read your synchronistic story, which is a great example of using your knowledge and just allowing your intuition to guide you. Glad you found the keys!

The Wiggles are from Oz, but went world-wide with Disney. The thing is, having a recent toddler is the only way you would have known.

I love the Wiggles, they are just too cool. I love the rose eating Dorothy the Dinosaur! Okay, now about your 'Synchronistic, Psychic Incident' We Christians call that 'discernment', it's one of the gifts of the 'Holy Spirit'. I suspect that God blessed you with 'discernment' to help you in raising your son. I think it's wonderful how you used your 'gift' and found the answer. I love stories like this, because so many things had to be consider and cyphered and then considered again like detective work. Way to go Mom! I love it. You made me smile!

From my journal entry yesterday. . . Synchronicities abound for me right now. Everything I think of ends up connecting to something, so I am trusting my feelings and going with them. For example when I went shopping today. I flowed with my feelings and entered a department store and ended up walking right up to an apple peeler/corer device I had desperately been wanting and thought only existed through mail order. It was the only one on the shelf. And there was only one other customer in the vicinity of this huge store and I heard her say she was looking for an apple corer (how strange, eh?) and was being told by the store employee that there is actually a gadget that peels and cores apples, but they are only sold on TV so she would have to settle for a little hand-held corer. Then tonight, I walked into the kitchen where I had left the curtains to the window above the sink wide open. I gasped as I noticed a huge spider—a Huntsman—perched at the top on the outside of the glass (I still remain somewhat arachnophobic). Just then a huge moth landed on the bottom of the glass on the outside. I somehow knew the moth was going to climb the glass and go to the spider. I felt fear, too. I did not want the moth to get nabbed by the spider. But the moth began this crazy descent in a straight path toward the spider way up at the top. I started muttering, no, no, no, but it went straight to it. As the moth touched the spider's leg, its legs darted to catch it, but missed. I was relieved, though I did understand the spider has to eat, too. Meanwhile, the moth landed back on the glass and started the same direct path toward the spider again. Again the spider fumbled and missed it. The moth repeated this ridiculous path about four more times. All the while I had pressed my hands to my cheeks, watching in horror. Finally the spider captured it and began the process of consuming it. At that moment I reflected back on the strangeness of the scene realizing most amazingly of all, that the moth, out of all the places it could have gone on the huge window, kept going straight to the spider as if it was being pulled. I knew there was something to this. Was the spider psychically drawing the moth? Something WAS controlling the moth, whether it was the spider or a process, I don't know. And why did it happen in the tiny window of time I happened to enter the kitchen when I had been in the other room for hours before and after? I feel that I was meant to see this demonstration. And I will have to ponder what it means. Another amazing aspect was realizing that I somehow knew from the second I saw the moth, several feet away from the spider, that it was going to go to the spider. It could have flown away, or crawled anywhere else, but I positively KNEW it was going to go to the spider. And maybe that is the lesson that I'm supposed to get—that we know what is going to happen (as our soul exists outside of time), but we are usually not fully conscious of this fact. We don't acknowledge it. Maybe using a spider and a moth was a way to grab my emotions and get me to pay attention.

Alisa, I compliment you for sharing your insights of synchronicity. I absolutely agree with you! I personally think that the Moth and the spider 'corrects and answers' the question of purpose... there is cause, there is effect and there is a purpose even though we humans sometimes won't acknowledge it! ~Bravo~ ~Great Post~

Why, thank you, Dawn! As always you make me so happy I shared. And I had not thought about it in relation to the other topic up recently about "is there a purpose". Goooood point! I greatly appreciate your insight and the way you summed it up so neatly and well!

I enjoyed this post Alisa, so much food for thought in it.(I bet the spider felt that way!). The implications of it are quite startling, but so simplistic also. There is reason and purpose for all things it seems. Nice job

A synchronicity occurred for me today... I have a visual journal where I draw intuitive images, and images from my dreams, etc. I spontaneously doodled this image on 08 July 07. I felt it was connected to the many collaged spirit eyes captured in photos.
Then today, I happened upon these spirit photos of eyes in the sky at Flikr entitled "Need Eye Say More". And the photographer refers to an illustration somewhat similar to my doodle. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.metawake.info/images/other/eye_sky.jpg)
So I wonder, was it precognition that I drew my doodle knowing that 19 days later I would find my way to these photos and illustrations, or did we all just tap into the same truth with a similar interpretation. Or, is it some of both?

I like your spontaneous doodle for a start, take a bow Alisa - The words automatically ring so true for me, as i believe we are being watched and our minds are being read continually. As to what/who, I have not that information at present. Both your theories could be right. Information at some level seems to be available to whoever has the ability to reach out and take it(this is not limited to just one person). Albert Einstein said something of a similar vein. Nice post!

Thanks for the LINK! I'm on another comp because my power supply bit it so I didn't have the bookmark. Ahhh cool. That above art (sky fish/Kirin/Sky Dragon) from one of my good flickr friends, his name is Kenneth Inlow. He lives here in Los Angeles (Like me). I intend to go visit him one of these days. I too thought coming upon his work was very synchonistic. THE ESOTERIC AESTHETIC http://laartblog.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the link to "The Esoteric Aesthetic" (love that name). It was wonderful to look through Inlow's art which tugged at my heart because it is a perspective of what I also "see". I think he is depicting souls in some of his paintings...my
