Alisa's Hooded Being

This is my sketch rendition of Alisa's hooded being.

It looks like a man either wearing a helmet or a hood and he has a pair of goggles in front of his eyes.

Do you see what I see?

Oooo, you are an awesome artist Dawn artist!! I must have missed this post, what thread did Alisa originally post it on? I'd love to read the story behind this. She always has such tasty little morsals of detail in her theories & thoughts on the spirit photos that she captures!!

I see exactly what you drew in her original photo too. But I also see other spirit energy in her photo, as I commonly find in pics of spirit, where there is one, many usually follow. But your interp is truly what I would see if asked to only focus on the hooded being! Your sketch is like a filter...thanx! thumbup

Also & not to take away from your wonderful sketch, this pic reminds me of an old Vietnam vet hiding out in the jungle. I tend to see different versions of the same entity sometimes, as if they are more than one being, trying to expose themselves through one image w/two perspectives. I dunno, that's just the way I see sometimes dunno. Do you know what I mean?

Well thanks for sharing this, I enjoy finding out who 'Dawn' is, & my latest discovery is that 'Dawn' is one heck of an expressionist!!! ahha

flower2Thank you for your positive compliments on my sketch. I wish I was as talented as Brian Froud, but I doubt I ever reach his level of expression.

I agree with you that it's the Vietnam type setting of a soldier in the jungle that this reminds me of. I'm glad you saw that in my sketch. Maybe I'm getting better at my expressing through art than I thought. Cool!

I think that each person does see different versions of a character. I usually see more than one also.
(Please know that I'm not lessening their existence by calling them characters. It's just an easy reference for me. Simple & uncomplicated. I call people characters too with the same fondness & respect.)

Anyway, in this particular picture of Alisa's I haven't looked for any other ones. My main focus was the soldier or hooded being because I felt the need to sketch him.

Alisa posted the picture in the thread:
Ala. church said image of Jesus appeared (On a door)
But I seem to remember it from and earlier thread or maybe from her website.

Hey Alisa, I need you to help jog my memory.

I agree that Dawn's artistic expressions are excellent! You are full of talent and I look forward to more of your creations, Dawn. If you get your collection together, don't forget to link us in.

I also had another other solider-type capture... Man in the Trees

Thank you so much for the stimulating conversations, interpretation and feedback on this photo (one of my most loved photos). I posted it and a couple of my interps in this Reptilian topic.

Love meditate
