Change of Command Ceremony <br />RHQ EASTLANT Northwood<br />2 August 2002<br /><br />At a ceremony today in Northwood, Admiral Sir Alan West KCB DSC handed over command of the NATO Headquarters to Admiral Sir Jonathon Band KCB.
