There was a post about the same problem "low power at 12640" in the morning. Its probably from the transponder itself. I might be fixed soon, so no need to panic..

LAZER Mission Commander Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 3,815 NSW, Australia	yes power is low on 12640 im getting only 40% on my tarbs box with my 90cm dish if ur using a 65cm dish this would be causing u problems in recieving these channels as its pretty weak on my 90cm
