We've just added in a new threading, high speed, real time iframe redactor. This redactor utilizes the mod_sed module of apache to do realtime scrubbing of web content (which is way better than the old ext_filter model).
This basically eliminates anything hidden any page content and especially "hidden iframes".
It's very exciting as any feeds or content from other sites that may be become compromised or even a bad advertisement out of a pool of advertisements is blocked realtime.
It's online now.
