VICTORIA, Seychelles — At the National Museum of History in downtown Victoria, Seychelles, a crowd gathers for a unique musical performance. As onlookers fill in the front lawn, Musician 3rd Class Andrew Duncan sounds a single note on his saxophone. The sounds of the saxophone are soon followed by a crescendo of brass instruments and vocals. As the pace quickens, the crowd starts to clap and dance to the beat.
