Arianespace's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on 12 April in Evry. The meeting approved the company's financial statements for 2011 and also named a new Board of Directors, which renewed the appointment of Jean-Yves Le Gall as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
