The Ocean Force sea-based transport vessel carrying the Zenit-2S launch vehicle and Block-DM-SL upper stage designated for the Eutelsat 70B (f.k.a. W5A) mission departed the port at Oktyabrsky, Ukraine, on 14 August 2012 and arrived pier-side at Sea Launch's Home Port facility in Long Beach, California on 19 September 2012.
