Rocket: Falcon 9; Payload: Dragon; Date: 1 March 2013, 1510 UTC; Launch site: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, USA. Falcon 9 lifted off as planned and experienced a nominal flight. After Dragon achieved orbit, the spacecraft experienced an issue with a propellant valve which will delay docking with the International Space Station.
