Notwithstanding any of these terms and<br />conditions, the U.S. Government reserves the right, without notice and<br />in its sole discretion, to terminate the user's access to this website,<br />and to block or prevent future access to and use of the website. Any<br />user found to be redistributing data will have their access to this<br />website immediately terminated. Other enforcement action may also be<br />pursued. United States law may restrict access to some data in<br />accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the Export<br />Administration Act together with their implementing regulations.<br />Violations of those restrictions will be referred to appropriate legal<br />authorities for enforcement/prosecution.<br /><br /><br />Not only is aus-city.com authorised to redistribute (via the tle.info site gateway), but idb.com.au also has received permission to re-distribute.
