The ISS Progress M-27M cargo spacecraft, launched earlier today, is tumbling in an uncontrolled fashion and will likely decay in less than a day, unless control can be re-established. The six crew members of the International Space Station (ISS) are safe and continuing regular operations with sufficient supplies, NASA said.
