RATLSNAKE,<br /><br />I'll make it clear for you. If you must keep the MDS STB for whatever reason you can but you will sign the Work Order stating that you are keeping it.<br /><br />UBI prefer that they take it so that they can recycle it the proper way.<br /><br />UBI Installers have started to contact customer today to schedule them in for the upgrade.
