It will be no surprise dude who this government department is.
I won't spoil it for you but u r right mate to start something like this as the public today have not got a clue how bad they're.
Guys just ring legal aid in qld and ask them whats the most complained department you can deal with, just speak to any lawyer and he or she will tell you what they're like.

I spoke to my bro last nite and being a good solicitor down the coast he should know and he tells me that Beenleigh and Mermaid Beach office take the cake down south.
