How do I know this? they tried this with my wife 3 times, did they get it NO! Could they have got it for my case NO! as the Magistrate would have never allowed it and DOCS know this.
ITS A PLOY THEY USE and trust me your Solicitor should know this.


I do hope youre right, this is getting beyond the joke, our strength is diminishing, I dont know if i mentioned it before I think i did, that my partner was let out on bail, by the duty solicitor, and this place housed him, because of the hassle the person is causing all round, my partner phoned him this evening to ask nicely what is going on, and he said, get your gear out of my house this afternoon, now my partner was bailed to that address, and now we had to find him a hotel to stay in, and that person can now ring the police and say he has broken his bail conditions again, when does this stop
